How to COLD-BREW your tea?

COLD BREW

“Literally you put it in a fridge with cold water” The colder temperature doesn’t steep out the tannins the way hot water does, so cold-brewed tea is actually less astringent and less caffeinated.”

Drop the tea bag in water and let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes to an hour, then put it in the fridge overnight, about eight hours. The next morning, take out the teabag and enjoy, re-steep for another time but longer hours if desire, you will still get a lighter cold brew.
