Rabbit Tea is founded in Marlborough, New Zealand in 2020.
We started Rabbit Tea to encourage you to slow down and enjoy your beverage. To build a kinder tea business — one that’s kind to its people, to the nature it relies on, and for the customers that enjoy our unique flavour infused tea. Brew it your way, in the comfort of your home, you can use your favourite method to brew your Rabbit Tea.
The idea of Rabbit Tea comes from a random conversation between a loving couple just before bedtime.
We only use real tea leaves from Camellia sinensis in our gourmet teabag. There is 5-7g of loose-leaf tea in each tea bag which brews 600-1000ml of tea, equaling 2-4 ordinary cups. It contains a large quantity of tea leaf compared with any other tea bag.
